Australian merino alpaca 

Exclusive yarn base in limited quantities. Sourced from Great Southern yarn and dyed by Rose Hip Island.

Australian SRS merino (50%) and alpaca (50%). Approx. 360m/100g. Fingering weight. NOT super wash treated.

This GSY Blend is 50% SRS Merino, 40% Huacaya Alpaca and 10% Suri Alpaca and combines the softness and drape of the alpaca with the bounce of the merino.

100% grown, processed and spun in Australia. A truly unique and beautiful yarn.

Hand wash in cold water recommended.

Bio sock

The extrafine merino wool makes this yarn luxuriously soft and bouncy for next to skin comfort. A little biodegradable nylon is added for extra durabilty.

Dainty mohair silk


This is a beautiful soft lace yarn. It works really well to hold double with another yarn or knit up by itself.

72% kid mohair and 28% mulberry silk.

Approx. 420 m/50g

Hand-washing with lukewarm water recommended. 

  

Delicious sock

This is a beautiful soft fingering yarn that is fantastic for shawls or anything you wear close to your skin. It is worsted spun and has nylon which makes it also suitable for socks and other items that need more durability. 

This yarn has a nice tight twist and is made up of 85% superwash merino (19.5 micron) and 15% nylon. Made with non-mulesed Australian merino.

Approx. 400m/100gram 

Hand-washing with lukewarm water recommended. 

  

Dreamy Merino Silk

 

A lovely plied yarn that creates beautiful soft items with a gorgeous sheen.

Made from 16.5 micron superwash merino wool blended with Grade A mulberry silk for a natural shimmer, added strength and beautiful drape. Worsted spun from long staple fibres to produce a luscious, silky yarn.

75% super wash treated Australian merino and 25% Mulberry silk.

Approx. 400m/100gram 

Hand-washing with lukewarm water recommended. 

 

Merino linen singles


A soft single ply merino and linen blend yarn with a gentle tweedy texture. 

When dyed with acid dyes, the linen resists the dye and remains white, creating the tweedy look.

90% Superwash Merino (21.5 micron) and 10% Linen

Hand-washing with lukewarm water recommended. 

 

Merino linen worsted

A soft 2 ply merino and linen blend yarn with a gentle tweedy texture. Knits up at a worsted/light aran weight.

When dyed with acid dyes, the linen resists the dye and remains white, creating the tweedy look. The merino has a beautiful shine.

90% Superwash Merino (21.5 micron) and 10% Linen

Hand-washing with lukewarm water recommended. 

  

Sustainable Merino fingering weight

A lovely soft yarn perfect for shawls and other next to skin wear items. Great option for an alternative to superwash yarn.

4ply Untreated and sustainable superfine Australian Fleece Yarn. 19.5 microns, long staple, worsted spun. A yarn that is as close to its natural origins as possible. No superwash treatment, just a wash to remove the grease and dirt from the fleece then combed for spinning. A great choice for those looking for a luxurious, non superwash, no nylon yarn.
